Custom Home Design Details

We added beautiful gas lanterns and accent lighting to this Spanish colonial inspired home at the entryway to create an inviting feel.

Check out this front courtyard retreat at dusk! This Spanish style home boasts an open transition between indoors and outdoors with gaping french doors, intimate seating areas and lush greenery.

The details of this home are so amazing; from the terracotta roof down to the balustrades, everything fits the Mediterranean design! The curved Juliet balcony with lighting effects above the front door is a fan favorite feature. We used three tone brown concrete pavers for the courtyard patio flooring.

We added faux ficus trees on each side of the stone fireplace that are mounted in sprayed pots to coordinate with the design of the room. The gorgeous chandelier was purchased at Valley Lighting in Scottsdale, AZ – a locally family owned business.
